There’s an old delusion that eating chocolate can cause breakouts. It can be an unhealthy diet, stress or hormonal imbalance, but not chocolate itself that affects your skin badly. So, just go buy some dark chocolate, eat two-three pieces of it and let’s make some face mask to recover chocolate’s reputation. You’ll be surprised to know that it’s packed with anti-oxidants, so it’s great for your skin. Prepare 2-3 tbs dark cocoa powder (70% cacao or more), 1 tsp raw or organic honey and 1 tbs plain yogurt. Simply mix all ingredients together until you have a thick paste. Feel free to add some more honey or yogurt if you feel like the consistency is wrong. Apply to clean skin avoiding the eye area and let it sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and follow with moisturizer. Enjoy!
