Dip the toothpick into the nail polish. Starting on the sunglasses’ arm, create a single dot. The consistency of the polish should cleanly form a circular “glob”. Try to refrain from actually drawing a dot or dragging the toothpick. Repeat until you have created a single row of dots. Work straight across the arm, leaving about 0, 5 inch (1.27 centimeters) in between each dot. Above and below, create additional dotted rows. Use the original row as a guide, placing the new dots in between the initial dots. Continue adding dots onto the frames. Let dry completely. Repeat on the other side, and let dry.
