These shoes will be perfect for any parties but for usual days they’ll be good too. You will need old shoes, fine glitter, Mod Podge, paint brush and scrap fabric. If you have flats from shiny, slick leather-like material (as you can see on pics), you can sand the shoes down with some 60 grit sandpaper to give the paint a little more grip. Then mix about 3 parts glue to 1 part glitter. Now paint the shoes all over and let dry. Paint one to two more coats and let dry. While your shoes are drying, you can start working on the bows!
