Ingredients are 1 cup of oatmeal, lavender buds, 1 cup of Epsom salt, blender or food processor and jars or cloth bags. First process your oatmeal into a fine flour-like texture, combine it with the Epsom salt and stir well. Then add a couple of tablespoons of lavender buds and stir it up.
