Then rub in highlighting cream on top of the cheekbones and blend it up. To create dramatic eyes apply a good amount of shimmery brown eye shadow to the inside area of the lid. Use a cocoa-colored liner on the top lash line and smudge a bit below the bottom lashes as well.
