Blackberries contain Vitamin A, C and K and are powerful antioxidant – what can be better for your skin? Let’s make a cool foot scrub containing them, prepare 1/4 cup raw sugar, 1 to 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted, 4 blackberries, mushed with a fork, 10 drops peppermint essential oil. Mash up four blackberries with a fork. Raw sugar holds itself up well to the wet ingredients and doesn’t completely dissolve. It gives a nice bit of grit you need in an exfoliating scrub. Now add coconut oil and peppermint, which is nvigorating and is wonderful to use on aching feet. Scoop into a small mason jar. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
