If you feel that after winter months your skin is dehydrated, this oatmeal and shea butter body lotion surely will make it soft and silky. The ingredients that you need are ¼ cup oatmeal, ½ cup water, 2 tbsp almond oil, ½ cup almond milk, 1 tbsp emulsifying wax, 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp shea butter. First you need to let your oatmeal to soak in the water for 1-2 hours, and once done, blend it into a smooth texture. Then heat the almond milk and oatmeal together on the stove top, without boiling. In a separate pan, melt together the wax, oil, shea butter, and honey. Stir both mixtures together, pour back to the blender and blend for three minutes. Finally, pour this lotion into a sealable container. For better effect use daily after shower.
