Don’t know how to refresh your white blouse? We will help you! Let’s experiment with the collar. You will need white blouse, jewel-it glue and pearl studs. Lay out your studs to determine how they will fit. Individually apply a drop of glue to each stud. Then apply them to the collar. Gradually apply each stud; pressing down firmly. Continue to line up your studs in neat little rows. Now begin working from the other side. As you get closer to the middle section, you won’t be able to continue your pattern. Fill this area in with studs in a uniform fashion. Allow to dry overnight. Put on and enjoy!
